In December 2000, M2S Technologies was founded by Vipul Kukreja. It was born out of his passion, conviction and a strong belief that only people make a difference to the performance of any business.  He was driven by a strong purpose to make the workplace or corporate a happy and enjoyable place.  During his stint with the IT industry, he realized that the only thing which mattered in business was People… People… People…

Executive search, recruitment and placement services were the first stop. Since he came with an extensive experience with the IT sector, the firm focused solely on providing services to the IT sector and therefore was aptly named M2S Technologies. The name M2S stands for Mind 2 Spirit (Soul) and technology denoted the focus on the Hi- Tech sector. It was a quick and rapid start. Providing technology professionals to organizations based out of India and other parts of the world. The focus was not to give people or make placements, but to provide such a talent which would contribute to the growth of the organization.

Over the next few years, M2S Technologies touched the careers of a few hundred technology professionals and many technology organizations by providing leadership talent from mid to senior levels. The firm was instrumental in placing many CXOs including CEOs, Directors with many technology firms across India and in some overseas markets.

In a few years’ time, the focus of executive search widened to many other sectors and practices. The firm was rechristened as a company in April 2003 as M2S Consulting (India) Private Limited. Over the next decade or so ITES, BPO, BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance), Real Estate, Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction), Management Consulting, Mining and Chemicals. We have a deep network with high performing professionals in these sectors. Functions handled include Sales and Marketing, Technology, Delivery, Research & Development, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control etc…
